A founding member of many comedy groups, including Baby Boomers and Some Ladies Comedy Tour, she has appeared in the award-winning web series Labor Days, and is the creator and co-star of the YouTube web series "PamLovesThisMan".

Starling is a regular at the South Beach, FL clubs and a favorite at Comedy Central's South Beach Comedy Festival. She now lives in Los Angeles, CA and can be seen at Flappers, The Improv and The Comedy Store.
