[minti_spacer height="10"]The quality of customer service provided at Visit Las Cruces has always been exemplary because we whole-heartedly believe that people fall in love with a place because of the friendliness of its locals. For over 20 years our Visitor Information Specialist Sonia Bañuelos has been with Visit Las Cruces providing an impeccable quality of hospitality to all who walk through our doors. On Monday, May 20 that quality customer service was recognized at the City Council meeting with Interim City Manager Bill Studer and Mayor Ken Miyagishima thanking Sonia Bañuelos for her years of service.[minti_image img="22623" lightbox="2" url="https://www.tellyawards.com/winners/2019/promotional-video/craft-videography-cinematography/slot-canyon-tour/215279/" target="_blank"][minti_spacer height="20"][minti_spacer height="25"][minti_imagebox img="22622"]Pictured above: Interim City Manager Bill Studer, Sonia Bañuelos, and Mayor Ken Miyagishima.[/minti_imagebox]Las Cruces has seen many changes over the past two decades, but the great quality of service provided by Sonia Bañuelos at the Convention & Visitors Bureau has never wavered. Sonia has greeted tens of thousands of guests to our city, providing great recommendations, directions, smiles, and complete professionalism to all who pass through seeking more information on outdoor adventure, culinary experiences, cultural discoveries, and everything in between. On a personal note, Sonia is kind, compassionate, and a go-getter, and we could not be more proud to have her on our team.

Congratulations, Sonia! We're so happy to have you.

All the best,

The Team at Visit Las Cruces
