Communities across Southern New Mexico— known for their vast outdoor spaces, history, culture, and adventure travel opportunities —have teamed up to present the 2024 Scenic Southern New Mexico photo contest showcasing THE REAL NEW MEXICO. The Scenic Southern New Mexico social media contest encourages visitors to experience any of the outdoor trails, national monuments, state parks, businesses and attractions in participating communities, take photos and enter to win.

DETAILS ON SOCIAL MEDIA CONTEST
The photo contest will have both weekly prizes and a grand prize package. Weekly prizes will include gift cards, merchandise, and more. The grand prize will include hotel stays, attraction passes, and gift cards provided by businesses in the participating communities.
To enter the photo contest, visitors can explore any of the parks, trails, outdoor spaces, restaurants, breweries, wineries, shops, local businesses, museums or hotels in participating communities. While visiting, take a photo and post it to Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #ScenicSouthernNM2023. Prizes will be given away weekly, with a grand prize awarded at the end of the campaign period.
