Did you know that April 7 marks national beer day? On April 7, 1933, the Cullen-Harrison Act went into effect allowing for legal purchase, sale and consumption of beer with an alcohol content of 3.2%. Celebrate the holiday by visiting one of our local breweries such as:

LC International Film Festival — 4/9-13

Film lover? Don’t miss out on the Las Cruces International Film Festival, celebrating its 10 year anniversary. Stars Helen Hunt and Michelle Hurd headline the event.

County Limits Music Fest & Rodeo — 4/12

Head out to the rodeo this April at the Southern New Mexico State Fair Grounds from 8-11 p.m. Don’t miss the festival headliner Hayden Haddock and other special guests, food trucks, more country music, and a rodeo. Purchase your tickets here.

Las Cruces Pecan Festival — 4/12 & 13

Pecans are a huge part of the local agriculture, and what better way to celebrate that than to support this two-day, family-friendly, festival with demonstrations, vendors, food, raffles, cornhole tournament, evening music and, of course, pecans! Baila Las Cruces — 4/17

Easter Egg Hunt / Earth Day — 4/19

Head to the downtown Farmers & Crafts Market for the annual Easter egg hunt, complete with the easter bunny, special prize eggs and a simultaneous Earth Day celebration on the Plaza de Las Cruces. Explore the local market and enjoy a morning of family-friendly fun for everyone with vendors, activities and educational booths!

La Viña Spring Wine Festival — 4/26 & 27

¡mira! Las Cruces — 4/26

Don’t miss out on the third annual ¡mira! Las Cruces festival. This FREE spring event is dedicated to highlighting and exhibiting the local and regional art, culture, cuisine, outdoor recreation, sights, sounds and community in and around Las Cruces, NM. Get out and about on April 26 for a day filled with fun activities, entertainment and community. This year’s event is debuting new aspects such as a drone show and live luchador matches.
