NM State sports is almost always in season!

Whether an Aggie in the past or present, or visiting Las Cruces, New Mexico State University athletics drive and determination are almost always on display. NMSU is part of Conference USA in every sport. The university also is a member of the NCAA Division 1.

HIGHLIGHT REEL

The football team has enjoyed recent success in football with winning the Arizona Bowl in Tucson in 2017 and the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit in 2022. 

NMSU Men’s Basketball also has been very successful in recent years making it to the NCAA Basketball Tournament in eight out of the last 10 years.

In 2022 NMSU Men’s basketball scored a win over UConn in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.  

NMSU Baseball went undefeated throughout the 2022 tournament, heading back to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in five years.
